Verity joined Insight Consultants in May 2016 and works across clients in sectors including FMCG, retail, hospitality and travel.
During her six years in the PR industry, Verity has worked with a number of leading organisations including the National Lottery and Bord Bia, where she developed a passion for the Irish food and drink industry.
Verity holds a BSc Hons degree in Communications and Public Relations from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
