Michael is an expert in communications and public affairs. He has held senior positions in politics and business including IAWS Group (Aryzta), ICOS, General Secretary of the Progressive Democrats and Deputy MD of Fleishman Hillard.
Michael established Insight Consultants in 2006 and has won a record number of Excellence in Communications Awards in Ireland. Michael helped successfully integrate the business of O’Herlihy Communications into Insight Consultants in 2015.
He has recruited a strong team of experts from the world of the media, marketing communications, journalism, finance and politics. Michael is a graduate of the University of Limerick in European Studies (Public Affairs) and one of first honorarium scholars at UL. He is a passionate Munster Rugby and Cork hurling fan.
