MICHAEL KEANE is a founding partner of Insight Consultants. Michael provides strategic counsel and issues management to a range of leading Irish and multi-national companies. Michael has also media trained some of the most senior executives in Irish business life.

Michael’s journalistic career was with The Irish Press Group where he held several senior executive positions including five years as Northern Editor in Belfast and eight years as editor of The Sunday Press, one of the country's leading newspapers.

Michael’s extensive media contacts, combined with his journalistic and communications expertise, have proved invaluable to the success of many Public Relations campaigns that he has spearheaded, including a number of campaigns that have been awarded the prestigious PRCA Awards for Excellence in Public Relations.

Michael is a Kildare man and a graduate of the College of Commerce, Rathmines. Michael is a frequent contributor to undergraduate and post-graduate courses in communications.

Michael was made a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland in 2009 in recognition of his services to the industry.
